02—The atelier

It started with my father's collection.

He has spent years assembling Seiko mods — a case from here, a dial from there. Watching him choose is where this began.

That is the standard the bench is held to. You are told what your watch is, what it costs and how long it will take — and none of it changes quietly.

A commission begins as a conversation. You choose the case, the dial and the hands, and we will say what works together and what does not. Once the specification is settled and the PayNow transfer is made, the build is commissioned.

03—Builds

Seven directions. None of them fixed.

These are finished commissions, not a catalogue. Nothing here is fixed — every case, dial and set of hands can be swapped. Start from one and change whatever you like.

04—The movement

The NH35 is the workhorse of modern watchmaking: automatic, hacking, hand-winding, and rated by Seiko to −20/+40 seconds a day. Nothing about it is precious. Parts are everywhere and any watchmaker can service it, which means a watch built on one gets repaired in ten years rather than replaced. That is the point — it is made to be worn.
